WINONE ZINCGUARD 90 is specially formulated unique coating as cold galvanizing brushable zinc rich coating made by using 99%+ pure zinc dust as high-performance anti-corrosion coating with 89-92% zinc metal in the dry film of coating for mild steel and metal fabrications.
It can be used as a unique system as an alternative to hot dip-galvanisation or metallisation. It can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying on a clean and properly prepared substrate in a wide range of atmospheric conditions.
WINONE ZINCGUARD 90 can be used as stand alone coating as well as in hybrid high performance coating system along with other coatings.
